Atlassian Administrator
Manage Jira, Confluence & SaaS apps for 400+ users. Ensure access, performance & security in a fast-paced iGaming environment
Position Overview
We are seeking a Atlassian Administrator to support and enhance the Silverspin’s core corporate applications. The ideal candidate will oversee the administration of Jira, Confluence, and other key SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless access, performance, and security for +400 users. This role is critical in a fast-paced iGaming environment, enabling teams across departments to collaborate, build, and innovate effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence
- Awareness of M365 and MS Azure administration will be preferred.
- Design, configure, and maintain custom workflows, automation rules (e.g., Automation for Jira, Power Automate, Scriptrunner), permission schemes, integrations, and scripts to streamline routine administrative tasks.
- Manage user lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, roles, licenses, mailboxes, group policies, and security controls, while supporting data governance, DLP policies, retention rules, and audit compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for application upgrades, troubleshooting, migrations (e.g., DC to Cloud), new feature adoption, and platform optimization.
- Monitor application performance, uptime, and user-reported issues, handling escalated support tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to power users and stakeholders, maintaining internal knowledge bases and procedural documentation.
- Support administration and integration of additional SaaS platformsLiaise with Security team to enforce secure access through Conditional Access, MFA, and other identity management controls.
Requirements
- Degree in ICT or related field
- 3+ years in a system administration or application admin role within a tech or SaaS- heavy company
- Proven hands-on experience with Atlassian Administration (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Scriptrunner)
