Position Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you'll be an integral part of this cohesive unit, working alongside peers in Architecture, Development, Infrastructure and Quality Assurance. Together, we drive progress and innovation, supporting each other to overcome technical challenges and drive positive change. Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of an architecture team in improving and maintaining current platform stability.
• Proactively anticipate failures, through the design of monitoring tooling.
• Defining processes and mentor individuals into adopting industry standards and best practices while contributing towards the overall platform vision
• Communicating, presenting, and articulating complex technical architecture proposals and solutions to developers and stakeholders within the organization.
• Assisting product owners and other stakeholders in addressing technical aspects of requirements from internal or external strategic initiatives.
• Initiating and leading architectural and infrastructural projects from initialization to delivery while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Deciding about key non-functional requirements of their area.
• Creating and maintaining target architecture and architectural roadmap.
• Contributing towards defining KPIs for the platform.
• Anticipate business technical requirements, building roadmaps and driving such initiatives to delivery within the organisation.
• Guiding and mentoring development teams in the implementation of target architecture and non-functional requirements.
• Work on Enterprise projects, leading migrations and implementations

Requirements

• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, digital wallets, and tokenized payment flows.
• Experience leveraging crypto rails (USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) and
  on/off-ramp providers to enable seamless player deposits and withdrawals.
• Strong grasp of smart contract design, custody models, and transaction risk
  management.
• Proven ability to architect and implement hybrid systems combining fiat and
  crypto payment channels with unified accounting and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance as it applies to crypto transactions and player account verification.
• Experience working with blockchain APIs, Web3 frameworks, and payment gateways that support both traditional and decentralized assets.
• Passion for exploring how blockchain, stablecoins, and emerging payment tech can redefine trust and transparency in the iGaming space.
• Possess an agile mindset and knowledge of Agile frameworks
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and industry shifts.
• Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration between developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in evaluating complex technical challenges and delivering effective, creative solutions.
• Excellent ability to articulate architectural concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Keen sense of business awareness and the need to leverage technology to enable business
• Ability to leverage data to support both technical and business activities.
• Possess knowledge and/or experience of the SDLC (software development life cycle).
• Experience with Microservices architecture, Micro Front End architecture, Real Time Streaming services and Medallion architecture is considered an asset.
