Senior IT Systems Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support and enhance the Silverspin’s core corporate applications. The ideal candidate will oversee the administration of Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and other key SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless access, performance, and security for +400 users. This role is critical in a fast-paced iGaming environment, enabling teams across departments to collaborate, build, and innovate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Own and administer the full Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment.
- Manage identity lifecycle, security controls, and Conditional Access/MFA.
- Optimize email, collaboration tools, and compliance policies.
- Automate routine administration using PowerShell and Power Automate.
Corporate SaaS & Internal Systems
- Administer and integrate core SaaS applications across the business.
- Ensure platform availability, performance, and secure access for 400+ users.
- Lead escalated technical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and improve processes through automation.
Atlassian (Jira & Confluence)
- Own Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence administration.
- Build scalable workflows, automation, permission models, and integrations.
- Manage access, licensing, governance, and best-practice standards.
- Enable teams through training, documentation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or Application Administrator role within a technology-driven, SaaS-heavy, or high-growth environment.
- Proven, hands-on expertise administering and optimizing.
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
- Atlassian Jira & Confluence (workflow design, permissions, automation, integrations)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with experience troubleshooting complex system, access, and integration issues.
- Highly self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on scalability, process efficiency, and operational excellence.
