Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our affiliate marketing program within the fast-growing online sportsbook industry. This role focuses on managing high-value affiliate partnerships, driving customer acquisition, and identifying new growth opportunities across global regulated markets.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of sportsbook operations, betting behavior, sports audiences, and performance marketing within the iGaming sector. They will use this expertise to build strong affiliate relationships, expand traffic sources, and maximize acquisition efficiency across competitive sportsbook markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and understands both affiliate marketing and the dynamics of sports betting ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy aligned with sportsbook growth objectives
Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, publishers, networks, tipsters, and media partners
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across key regulated sports betting markets
Negotiate deals including CPA, revenue share, hybrid models, and fixed-fee arrangements
Monitor performance using KPIs such as FTDs, NGR, player retention, and ROI
Analyze traffic quality and ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards
Optimize sportsbook campaigns, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with CRM, product, compliance, trading, risk, and marketing teams
Track sports betting trends, competitor activity, and market expansion opportunities
Attend industry events and sports betting conferences to grow affiliate network
Deliver performance reporting and strategic insights to senior management
Requirements
3–5+ years in affiliate marketing within sportsbook or iGaming
Strong understanding of sports betting markets, odds, and player behavior
Proven track record managing high-performing affiliate programs
Strong affiliate and media buyer network within sportsbook vertical
Analytical skills with tracking and attribution tools
Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
Commercial mindset focused on ROI and acquisition growth
Experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, MyAffiliates, Income Access, etc.)
Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid acquisition channels preferred
