Position Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to support the organisation in meeting all regulatory, legal, and internal compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The role includes monitoring regulatory obligations, conducting compliance testing, supporting regulatory reporting, and helping maintain strong internal compliance frameworks. The Compliance Officer will work closely with internal teams on licensing, due diligence, and governance matters, ensuring all activities meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance testing and checks.

• Maintain and update compliance registers, reporting calendars, and internal compliance trackers.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all regulatory reports and filings.

• Support the maintenance and improvement of compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Help interpret regulatory requirements and assess business impact.

• Support alignment of internal practices with evolving regulatory expectations.

• Work with internal teams on licensing, renewals, and due diligence projects.

• Act as a point of contact for internal compliance-related queries.

• Support business teams in understanding regulatory obligations.

• Maintain effective communication between teams and the compliance function.

• Identify opportunities to streamline compliance processes and reporting workflows.

• Ensure all internal compliance records are complete and up to date

• Perform any other compliance-related duties as may be required to support the needs of the organisation.

Requirements

• Previous understanding of Compliance, Responsible Gambling, Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering, preferably within the gambling industry.

• Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Quick learner and ability to take on board added responsibility.

• Excellent report writing skills.
