Position Overview
Join our dynamic team where innovation meets precision in the fast-paced world of online gaming and sports betting. As part of the Retention vertical, our CRM Product team builds high-impact communications tools that keep players engaged across Casino, Sports, Bingo, and Poker. We power real-time rewards, automated notifications, triggered emails, onsite messaging, personalized campaigns, promotions, and incentive-driven experiences that strengthen loyalty and drive long-term value.
We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong background in online casinos and/or CRM to drive our CRM products forward. If you have a knack for crafting rewarding and exhilarating experiences that keep players coming back, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Define and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals
Partner with developers, designers, product managers, architects, sports and marketing SMEs, and key stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into innovative, high-impact solutions.
Leverage data and behavioural insights to inform product decisions, optimize features, and deliver a first-class user experience.
Develop clear, outcome-driven EPICs that demonstrate commercial value, quantify expected ROI, and align teams around initiatives that deliver meaningful business impact
Create user stories that capture requirements, define acceptance criteria, and support efficient delivery.
Produce documentation for features, workflows, and product decisions to ensure transparency, consistency, and shared understanding.
Champion the player experience by integrating user feedback and market insights into product development, ensuring products exceed expectations.
Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business value, focusing on stories, EPICs, and themes that support strategic objectives.
Collaborate closely with Agile development teams to deliver timely, high-quality releases, followed by continuous monitoring and iteration to enhance satisfaction.
dentify challenges early, propose practical solutions, and manage scope effectively to keep delivery on track without compromising quality.
Lead products and features from concept through release, managing the full lifecycle with a strong focus on player engagement and retention
Requirements
Proven experience in online gaming, with a strong focus on retention products, slots, and sports betting.
Demonstrated success in delivering projects within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and product improvements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the product vision and collaborate with diverse teams.
An inquisitive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
