Position Overview

The Sportsbook Trading Analyst will support the Senior Sportsbook Trading Executive in the day-to-day management and optimization of sportsbook operations. This role focuses on assisting with data analysis, monitoring betting activity, supporting special markets, and maintaining sportsbook content. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop a career in sportsbook trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing sports betting strategies and identifying trends that impact performance and revenue

• Monitor player activity, betting patterns, and market movements under the guidance of the Trading Executive

• Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of sportsbook data and KPIs

• Assist in the creation, monitoring, and settlement of Special Markets

• Support the day-to-day management of the Sportsbook website, including content updates, banners, and menu changes

• Help monitor competitor offerings, market movements, and industry trends

• Provide operational support to internal teams on Sportsbook-related matters

• Assist with testing and rollout of new sportsbook features or product enhancements
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in the sportsbook industry in a trading, operations, or analytical role

• Strong understanding of sports and sports betting markets (knowledge across multiple sports)

• Strong analytical mindset with interest in data analysis and trading decisions

• Intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools

• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets

• Ability to identify irregular betting activity and support trading decision-making

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different teams

• Familiarity with CMS platforms AND/OR trading systems
